Your 1-800-772-1213, is no good. My wife has tried calling it several times this past week, only to be put on hold over a hour twice, she finally gave up. This sucks and is totally unsat, only 1 number for thousands of people trying to contact you. Why can't you call a local office and make a appointment?

Want to call and talk to someone regarding continuing to work and drawing my Social Security. Is there some I can ask without taking time off from work to come in?

The number for the Bellingham office either rings busy or stated it is unavailable strange since it was active before. Been trying to change direct deposit information. No response to email sent to main address. Frustrating and scary

My benefits keep being reduced at a crippling rate. I have written but received no response. The wait time is 50 minutes for phone call. I would like to make an appointment at the Bellingham office to come talk about this. Please email me.

I have been trying to call the Bellingham office from Canada to set up an appt. The toll free numbers don't work from here. Although the Canadian system applied for me, I still need to come in, it's really frustrating to be unable to set up this appt.

I started an application in March 2014, and later cancelled the application until now. But, I can't get on the online application, it keeps saying sorry. I am ready to apply NOW. Can someone please call me and let me know what is going on as soon as possible.
