My son grabbed my purse, which I use a small/light weight backpack and it only has my phone, ID, and bankcards with a few other small items and the man told my son he had to search his bag. I let him know it is my purse and he still said he had to search it. Unless you are going to search every woman's purse/bag in the joint, you should NOT have demanded to search mine. What, my son is mixed and has a small backpack so he must be a danger? When I let you know it was my purse you should have respected that or searched every woman's bag there.

My son Diamond W. Alexander and I came to this office on 8/5/14. The wait time was quite a bit long, but we waited our turn to see someone. Diamond was finally called to window 5 and began his interview. Diamond preceded to tell the interviewer that he had been to the Kent office and because his address is in Fife they told him to go to the Puyallup office. He also gave the interviewer some paperwork that stated he had been released from prison and that he was trying to reinstate his claim. The interviewer stated that she would have to verify that the paper work is legit and he asked her why and from that point on the interview went sour. I Fay Alexander who is Diamond Alexander's mother asked her why is it that she was being so rude to us and at first she said she wasn't and then she said that Diamond was rude first. My son didn't yell at her nor did he use any cuss words, she just said she was not answering any more questions and the interview is over and gave him all his paper work back. She called for the guard PSO Heistov, Plamen and he escorted my son and I out of the building. I don't believe we deserved to be treated like that, I told her that I wanted to make a complaint and I wanted her named and she said no. I feel as though we were wronged. Because we did nothing to warrant the treatment we received. My hope is that the interview get some kind of training to deal with people who may not have the same IQ as hers, and just because we look a certain way does not mean we are less than human. The look on her face toward us was as if we had something that stink on us. Fay Alexander
