Overall rating of this office:Hello, I am the man who was hit by a train living in Seattle(and I still live there),but I Have applied or Disability Benefits here in Ontario,Oregon cause I'm visiting my daughter and family till I come home. Just to let you know I'm VERY THANKFUL and authorizing you to contact them if necissary while I heal and recieve Benefits. Any help from your office will also be very much Appriciated like the medical profession recieved from Harborview, and Auburns Memorial Hospital. Thank You All!

Hello, The 1st person I started with retired and 2nd person who took over I have not been able to contact after several attempts to call. No one is answering the phone in Seattle office. I do not want to mail in my Passport and would like make an appointment to bring in my passport to show. Thank you, James Lee
