Have been trying to drop my Part B medical for months, no response from SSA and they are still charging me!

After waiting more than 15 minutes to talk to an agent, I got the rudest customer service from SUSAN!! Not only was she short and seemed to be put out from the get go, she put up hard stops before even checking the status of an application because it hadn't been three weeks. I think Susan isn't cut out for customer service.

Staff member Michelle K is a NIGHTMARE. She has twice reduced our autistic family member to tears through her officious, hateful and threatening demeanor and statements. HOW ON EARTH does such a vile person worm her way into such a sacred position of trust, only to be allowed carte blanche freedom to ABUSE disabled, vulnerable people. HELLO? IS THERE ANYBODY LISTENING?

I have been trying for 3 months to get my 93-year-old mother her widow's benefits. After two phone interviews, she has now received a letter saying the Spokane office has scheduled a phone interview for her at the end of April. What happened to the other interviews where she was assured that all was taken care of? I am thoroughly discouraged.

Question: I'm 65 & on widow's benefits. I'm considering getting remarried, will this affect my current benefits?
