Overall rating of this office:On 2/22/18 I made an application for my Medicare Part B after being told that was the best way to ensure that they receive it. Today I called Social Security and found out the Clarksburg Office did not process it. I have until June 20 to get a number, find a plan, submit the paper work and pay the co pay for my Part B as I am retiring from full time work on 7/1/18. Now the process must start again and there is no direct phone number to call the Clarksburg, office.. I must take 1/2 day vacation to go back down there to apply AGAIN. I am more than disappointed
