I applied for SS through your office about 5 years ago and was thoroughly satisfied with your services provided. Now nearly 5 years later my October payment was over $350 LESS than the amount described in the 2021 New Benefit Amount. I would like to set up an appointment to figure out what went wrong. For these Past 5 years I have no issues whatsoever with auto-payments. Please let me know what I can do to help resolve this issue.
