Not a good experience either time I have been in there. I felt like the guard, who kept asking why I was there, was harassment, I let him look in my purse per his request. My son feeling like he had to answer him, because it was about him, was rudely cut off. The lady who waited on us wasn't going to listen to us and didn't. She interrupted like we were wasting her time. It is her job to listen not interrupt. Gave us a copy of what we needed, that has been copied so many time its not really that clear, you need an ID to get the listed information. I feel like you all have lost the customer service part of your job because we can't just get this anywhere so being nice doesn't have to be. She was at best long term employee with a condescending attitude. This may not go anywhere, I did email my congressman as she told us.
