Social Security Office Locations

I been calling this office several times and after a long wait it will end the call with no response.

Filled out form W-4V (Voluntary Withholding Request) to reduce my withholding percentage on April 7, 2021 and mailed it within two (2) days. It should have arrived in Mount Prospect no later than April 15, 2021. Today is Jun 4, 2021 and in checking the SSA website, it appears that my change has not been implemented after almost two (2) months. Please let me know if I should send my request to another SSA office.

Doctors office wants it. we both have misplaced it.

After a long recorded message with unneeded information, then a request for information; the recorded person told me to call back later and hung up. How about keeping us on the line or telling us first that we have to call back. or just let us wait our turn!

After a 2 hour wait, I gave my change of deduction form to the man at the reception desk. He said he would take care of it. It was like dropping it a well. 2 1/2 months later my deduction change has not been made!I had to either mail the form or take it to a social office. Two bad options.

I would like to make appointment to review social security benefits

I was trying to resolve a concern and the person with whom I met with was NOT professional or knowledgeable. I asked to speak to a manager over 6 times without success.She supposedly submitted my name to speak with a knowledgeable person. Been here over 4 hours.

I need to talk to a person at this office about a Social Security problem I tried calling but a can't get a person, I would like to make an apt. on Wednesday at the Mt. Prospect office. Please respond!
