The Peoria SSA office has an online reputation for intolerance and disrespect of the caller. From my experience today, it is well deserved. SSA: shame on you for hiring such people.

received a letter in the mail today that said SS changed my direct deposit as I requested. I DID NOT MAKE ANY SUCH REQUEST. I tried to call my Peoria Illinois SSI office to question this letter and had my call dropped.

Can you please answer my concern???
