Overall rating of this office:I really wish you could be more accessible. I need to talk with somebody and the robocall system is really frustrating and just doesn't work. I want to talk to a human and I'd like to see somebody in person. I think these are perfectly reasonable requests, and I know many other people feel the same way!
I will be 65 in December. My wife is still working & has me on her health insurance. Do I need to take Medicare Part B
I have been attempting to reach the Peru office and cannot "communicate my needs" to robo operators. Suzanne Lemke 410-13-1076 is trying to get a redetermination completed and the Regional office keep saying her SS# is incorrect and I am holding it in my hand but they will not accept it, how, or do they somehow have a different # for Suzanne. This is her guardian and cousin, Mary A. Williams 352-36-3930. Its important I contact them. Thank you.
