Overall rating of this office:My wife has battled with SS office in Cedar Rapids Iowa for several months. We have hand delivered their requests three times,and then fax the material again. Now, their phones have NOT worked in over a week. Every time we dial 866-495-0088 we get a stupid machine that say, "we are busy--Good Bye, and hangs up. Sick of it.
What information will I need in regards to receiving benefits on my ex-husbands social security. He has passed away and we were married for 28 years, then divorced for 18 years before I remarried at age of 64.

I gave the wrong I94 number. The correct number is 30658432930.
I went to apply Social Security card yesterday morning(Jul 7th)and didn't bring the I94 document so I gave him the I94 number.
But after searching on-line, I found that the number I gave is wrong. The correct I94 number is 30658432930.
Is there any problem if the number changes or anything I can do for you?

I was at the CR Social Security office on Wednesday the 16th at 11:35am and the doors were LOCKED!! They are to be open on Wednesday's 0900-1200.... Did their office hours change on Wednesdays? If so, then someone was not doing their job,,,,
