Kennett, Mo/SSI/SSA disability benefit determination instruction problem:
An SSA.government worker from SSA office of Kennett confirmed the appointment established in reference to a second no third opinion of belief regarding my primary care physicians medically supported diagnosis's of 1. clinical depression 2. anemia 3. attention deficit disorder 4. Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder. Apparently sum buddy in Walnut ridge at the clinit is going to be able to con firm my real medical diagnosis's. The main problem seems to be a. the clinic mentioned sans telephone call and the primary care physician aren't included a. on the internet/web sites www. walnut ridge or in the phone book. So subsequently and consequently, I don't know how to get there. And hopefully, perhaps, I'll be able to get in touch with a real person tomorrow in order to clear up the misunderstanding or the omission.
