Terrible place. It's rotting from the top down. Alex is completely unprepared. The rest of the staff is callous and certain of their own superiority over the disabled. I've known many who have been bullied or lied to by this particular office. I think they get a quota for increasing concords homeless population. I'm not kidding. The last thing these folks are is social workers. Instead they all think they are above the rules and they manipulate every older person I've seen request assistance. That's a darn shame. NH should investigate these people.

This SSA office is by far the most dehumanizing human services organization that I have ever encountered. All of the workers I have thus far encountered there have been rude, condescending, belittling and mean spirited. No one there are so many homeless people in our area, SSA must cut off all of their benefits. I've never seen employees get away with what those employees do. They don't follow their own regulations. They refuse to address the main issues of concern. They act like everyone is fabricating things. The funny thing is that they were home safe while many disabled and elderly needlessly died during this pandemic. Now it seems they are out for blood. Sad that they hurt the most vulnerable without consequences.

Was on hold over an hour and had to leave but before that they bore you to death with pre recorded messages left by a sleeping zombie that just drones on and on and on.
Calling again today because my direct deposit is a week late….and again I’m still on hold.

Went to the SS office in Concord without an appointment. I had a wonderful experience. Waited less than 5 minutes. The fellow at the desk was very helpful. The gentleman who ended up navigating through all those questions with me, Alex, was so professional and explained everything. Could not have had a better experience!

Mr. Parra was very unprofessional and rude when I called to today. My Aunt passed away, her Medicare EOB's are being sent to her home mailing address which has been sold. I was advised by Medicare that I had to call Social Security to update the address and he would not even let me explain. Just kept cutting me off and saying "person is dead can not update anything". When ask to speak with manager his response was "Can not give name. Can come in person if you have an issue". I had to literally ask him to let me finish my sentence. This is a totally unacceptable response and not the way to treat a family member trying to handle the estate of a recently deceased person. This person needs some serious customer service training and I certainly hope the call was recorded.

My social security number has been compromised with identity theft. I want to report this.

Calling the office required a terrible wait time on hold so I drove 1.5 hrs to go in person. I was seen quickly, given clear answers, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Worth the drive to get the in-person service.

I came in today to find out what my grown son needed to do to get a replacement card. The man behind the counter was very defensive instead of empathetic or helpful the exchange could have been handled much better and I think this employee needs some extra training. After asking the age of my son and finding out he was grown he immediately just stating he couldn't help me and he would have to do it himself. " I felt like he thought I was enabling my son!!! This could have been handled so much better maybe like this. How can I help you? Oh you need to replace your son's social security card. How old is he 26. Oh unfortunately he will have to do that himself but it is super easy your son can just go to his nearest SS office anytime and present his drivers license." There are many offices all around the United States. Does he have access to a computer? If I answer yes maybe then provide me the web address to find it.
